It depends on when you’ve scheduled your session. I guarantee you will have your photos back 2 weeks after your session! So if you’ve scheduled your session for more than 2 weeks before, then yes you will have them in time! Depending on workload, I may have them to you earlier, but I can’t make any promises as it all depends on scheduling and editing workload. I edit photo sessions in the order that they occurred. If you have scheduled your session for less than 2 weeks (but more than 3 days) from graduation, and still want your photos in time, I offer 3-day expedited editing. Just select it as an add-on when choosing your package. It can also be added to your package at any time if you change your mind later on!

It truly depends. I suggest finding out when you will receive your regalia, and booking your session very soon after that! The earlier you schedule your shoot for, the earlier you will receive your photos back. As the days get closer to commencement ceremonies campus gets busier and busier with other graduates taking photos, so the earlier you schedule your session the less crowds we’ll encounter.

Of course!! Once you’ve officially booked your session, I will send you the Grad Photo Session Prep Guide. It will outline all the details you’ll need to prep for your session. Tips on what to wear and what to bring, tips to make things go smoothly and efficiently, and anything else you will need to know! We will also be in regular communication leading up to the session, so feel free to ask any questions at any time.

You are more than welcome to include whoever you’d like in your session! Just be sure to think about how much time you’d like to spend taking individual photos of yourself vs photos with friends and family. If you want to take a good variety of images with different people OR you want to share the session with your partner/friend, I’d recommend booking at least a 90 minute session so that there is plenty of time to capture everything!

If you’d like to reschedule your session, you may do so once. Just let me know and I will provide you with my most recent availability to choose a new date. If you’d like to reschedule for a second time, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee to account for holding the first two dates and turning away other business. If we have to reschedule due to bad weather, sickness, or any other extreme situation (within reason), the fee, if applicable, will be waived.

I'm always hoping for clear skies and sunshine, but given the unpredictable weather in Florida, I understand that we can't control the elements. I consistently monitor the weather forecasts, and if there are any concerns about rain or storms, I'll reach out to discuss our options. There's no rescheduling fee if we need to postpone our session due to inclement weather. Since weather conditions can change rapidly here, I suggest waiting until 12-24 hours before the session to make any final decisions, if possible. In the event that we do get rained out, we'll work together to find the next mutually available time to reschedule. If rescheduling isn't feasible, you'll receive a full refund or a credit for a future photo session. For Spring graduates, I recommend booking morning sessions as afternoon storms tend to occur more frequently starting in April, increasing the likelihood of favorable weather in the morning.
